1. You have to click the Get Started button in the top right hand corner.

2. Here you can sign up for free by entering your email address and clicking Continue.

3. You then have to enter your Full Name and create a password. You can amend the Account Name or just leave the pre-populated box as it is.

4. Agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and click Continue.

5. You then have to select what brought you here today, wether it could be Work or Personal, etc and then hit Continue.

6. You then need to select your current role and then hit Continue.

7. You need to select how many members are on your team and your platform can scale as your team grows. You also need to select how many employees you have, then hit Continue.

8. You now need to select what you want to manage first and select Continue. - Manage First

9. Afterwards, you need to select what you want to focus on first, it could be email marketing, marketing research or media production. There is a large list to choose from, then you select Continue.

10. You will be asked how you were referred, then you can hit Continue.

11. The final step before being presented with your board, is to invite people to the board using email links.

12. Finally, you have to give your board a name and then you are done.

Overall, I was impressed with Monday sales CRM. The design is clean and user-friendly, and the features are robust and comprehensive. I particularly appreciate the ability to customise each workspace to fit the team’s specific needs. As an ex sales rep and manager of sales teams, I would have loved to use Monday sales CMR.  

That said, a few areas could be improved within the platform.

For example, I Would like to see more templates for common workflows, and I think the pricing could be more competitive.
