If you use an iPad, you will love Shapr3D as it has the app and works very well with the Apple Pencil, so it can be easier for some users who struggle with the mouse and keyboard combination. 

However, those who prefer desktops also have Windows and Mac versions available.

Being able to think in 3D and immediately produce your thoughts with this software becomes second nature, and for that, I would give it 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommend Shapr3D.
